The Sunset Beach house is a brand new home which has been meticulously designed and crafted. It is a single story dwelling with no steps except to the roof top deck. Each room throughout the home has its own color and theme. Enjoy the comfortable high end (custom made) furniture. The great room has exposed beams and a large well stocked kitchen complete with counter seating. There are warm hardwood floors throughout. The master bedroom suite comes with a walk-in closet and can access the outdoors through a large sliding door, as can the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms are luxurious and tastefully decorated. There are three flat screen tv's provided for your viewing enjoyment with an additonal tv in the den.
