My family considers the Ashton house our home away from home. Whenever we want to get away to some quiet peace and relazation, we come here. the views are outstanding, but my favorite part is the master bedroom. There's nothing I like better than watching the sunset with a glass of champagne from the hot tub, then getting into bed and reading with a cozy fire going, while listening to the sound of the ocean below. this house is magical and super cozy and comfortable.

We have been going to Iris Beach for about 14 years, and over all our experience has been great. Only one thing happen this time it seems they put new mattress in the master bedroom and you need to put egg carton foam on the bed as it was like sleep in cement.
I have been coming to Irish Beach with my family for close to 30years now, I have recommend Irish Beach to many friends and co-workers and will continue to keep coming back and recommending. There is nothing better then to get away from life and to relax at the ocean and Irish Beach is centrally located so you are away from the noise and rush of every day life but close to beautiful and romantic scenery as well as historical land marks.

our 20th visit to the site and wonderful as usual. Location was great and the house layout was good. Two of the days had weather you typically can't buy for that part of the world. Will be back again, and again.

Everything you need. The hot tub is lukewawm but all is great.
Ashton was lovely. We couldn't ask for a better view, beach access was easy, and the house was clean and stocked with all the necessities, including a well-stocked kitchen, which we really appreciated. One small quibble: There were ants coming up from the garbage disposal and getting on to kitchen counters. Not a big enough problem to call about, but just wanted you to be aware so you could get rid of them for future guests. Otherwise, house was lovely, hot tub was great, and our group (there for a wedding) had a great time!

Everything in this house flowed well and was furnished very nicely. The kitchen pantry was a huge surprise along with the extremely well equipped kitchen. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and I am looking forward to renting this house again next year.
Had an awesome stay at the Ashton house. I was a little concerned that the views from the house would be sub par and that the house itself would be outdated. Once I arrived these concerns disappeared. The house was amazing and I couldn't have been happier with its location,views,amenities,and access to near by towns and activities. I would definitely recommend this house to other travelers and would not hesitate to book this rental again. Thanks!

Like every house at Irish Beach, the Ashton house provides a perfect sunset view. From the deck overlooking the valley, guests can see the beach, breaks, rocks, and the Point Arena lighthouse. With beds for 6, and plenty of living space, this is the perfect house for family, friends, or groups of any sort.
We loved the house and its location. Very clean and great layout. The dining room has the most amazing view. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware for our Thanksgiving Feast!! We will be back..
A truly wonderful experience. There were four of us, ages ranging from 56 to 67 (me, ha, ha). There was nothing lacking in amenities, and overall, we simply loved coming back to the house and relaxing. The only complaint, if one wiashes to call it that, was the rubber sheet covering the matress (made us perspire during the night). Met many new bunny and deer friends, enjoyed walks on the beach, and discovered the village of Pt. Arena and its lovely environment. Yes, we shall return. Thank you Irish Beach rentals.
Slider to deck could use a new screen door-existing one has had issues for several years. Separate container in house for recycling would be great. We had another fabulous stay at the Ashton. Feel like home when we walk in. Glad to see a new stove this year. See you next year.

The best vacation my family and I have had in a long time. Very relaxing and peaceful with beautiful surroundings and walks on the beach are awesome. We are planning another trip in September to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversay (no kids this time though)!!
We love staying at the Ashton house. It has a gorgeous view of the ocean, huge windows to enjoy it from. just outside the master suite is a hot tub for enjoying sunsets. With the kitchen, we get some groceries from the local grocery store and just spend the week relaxing and enjoying ourselves. The house is perfect for a very relaxing vacation. You can hear the ocean from the masterbedroom.
We have been renting through Irish Beach for years, and the service that they provide is fantastic. Our Favorite house is the Ashton House, it has an amazing panoramic view from most rooms, and this great recliner that you can sit and stare out into the ocean. there is also a deck with a hot tub that looks at the ocean, and a fireplace. thsi home is very comfortable and has it all.
We've stayed at Irish Beach numerous times over the years, and the Aston House is our favorite. The layout of the house is very comfortable, and the views are fantastic. The furnishings are nice & homey, perfectly suited to the location. There's this huge picture window with a recliner that's great to sit in and read or stare off into the ocean below. Outside the living room is a bbq and hot tub, which is also accesible through the master room. The masterbedroom also has a fireplace, which is always stocked with logs. It's the prefect place for doing nothing.
My husband's family stayed at Irish Beach when they were kids, now he has returned with his own family, and this trip we brought his parents and his brother, sister in law and thier children. The house was perfect, the beach was wonderful and the family memories are irreplacable. Thank you so very much!
It took a whole day to heat up the hot tub- that was the only isuue with our stay. It is a great home and fabulous view!!
We have been vacationing in Irish Beach for about 26 years. Our only complaint is that we did not buy property there years ago!
Had a terrific time. The property is safe for toddlers, which was a biggest concern. Within walking distance to the beach. We are staying again this year.
We love staying in Irish Beach, Aston is definately our favorite home. The hot tub always works, there is wood for the fireplace, wine glasses, games, everything you need for a very nice, relaxing getaway. and the master room opens up to the hot tub. what more could you ask for?
