First, a hearty thank you and apology to the housekeeping staff for not filling out the survey as our house was in immaculate condition so clean and sanitary. You can just tell they took care of business. The experience was just as incredible as before except we shared it with our daughter this time. I enjoyed the stocked kitchen ware and made use of them. The hot tub was delightful as before. All my friends were jealous when I showed them the pics. Guaranteed, we will be back and will recommend the house. In addition to the house, the staff at the Agency were so helpful and professional. They assisted me with my problem and solved it. Loved their warm smiles. Thank you for another memorable experience!

Even though it was raining the whole time, we had a fabulous time. We walked and ran on the beach, built a forts and enjoyed toasty fireplace while the rain was beating the windows. Lovely as always!
The view was spectacular! House is gteat. Iwas a little taken aback that there was no salt , pepper, sugar, kleenix. I'm used to bringing my supplies but this house was very bare. I couldn't find any serving bowls for vegetables (side dishes) or Salad bowl..only 1 small platter. I couldn't get the heating element out on the stove top to wipe the catch pans clean, tho we didn't spill anything. It was a good week and I would stay there again tho I usually rent a bigger house to accomodate more family. See you again sometime this year I'm sure. The stars were amazing!

Yes our stay was lovely, the house was in a perfect location and your staff was very helpful when we checked in as we had no need to contact them after that. The house was a liitle old and there were no games , not even cards (although I bought and left some for the next vacationer) no stereo. Needs table and chairs for relaxing by the spa, it's such a beautiful spot.

Great location and view. However, for the prices charged for this property, would expect the interior of the home to be nicer. However, overall the view and location is incredible.
First of all I'd like to say that the property manager was very helpful. They took care of all our needs. The house was an older home that has had some upgrades done like the master bathroom, and the kitchen. There were a few things that needed to be fixed as far as the house. Our list had mostly small things like the stopper in the tub didn't work, things of that nature. But for the price and the location, this place can't be beat. The views were absolutely stunning. I would recommend this property and agency to anyone. We will be back.
Everything was awesome, only complaint was the hot tub smelled bad after a couple days of use.
My family has been visiting Irish Beach for over three decades. Most likely, by this time we would have stopped coming if the experience had not been so positive. I have had opportunity to travel over much of the world. Irish Beach: No. 1!
It was a wonderful stay. Beautiful and quiet. Deer and bunnies in the yard, whales from the living room. The perfect place for a romantic honeymoon. Two minor points of advise: 1. There needs to be a little kindling with the firewood. I saw that several people had a problem with getting the wood to burn. 2. Having current pamphlets with info about the region would be helpful. Finding restaurants and events would have been a bit easier. Otherwise everything was better than you could hope for.
We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay at the lovely Nebenzahl home. Each of our rental homes have a green leather binder that contains local area info plus restaurant guides. On your next visit please take a few minutes to visit our office and view our display rack of brochures on local area activities. We also have Irish Beach merchandise for sale. ;-)
enjoyed our stay,would stay there again. The wood in fire place does not burn well. There maybe some problems with TV or the Dish cable.
As of the middle of June, a Panasonic 42" Class 720p Viera Plasma HDTV is in the living room. It looks great and the dish works. Hope you can return to enjoy it all.
The view is amazing the beach is wonderful. We heard the ocean 24/7 and no traffic noise. We spent most of the time there on the back deck and inside sitting area next to the deck when we weren't out venturing.
This is the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. Listening to the waves from anywhere in this gorgeous home is nothing but joy

We had such a wonderful time at Nebenzhal. The house was at a gorgeous location, it was very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased to find that the homes had extra linens and towels. We usually stay at Sea Ranch, but after our experience here, we will only rent at Irish Beach--the homes are better equipped and are better located. Thanks so much for a great stay.
We celebrated our 20th anniversary in paradise !!!! I only wish that we could have brought a moving truck :-) It would have been nice to have dryer fire wood.... we loved it all thanks and you will see us again soooooon
We have been coming to the Irish Beach area for more than 30 years, which obviously says we thoroughly enjoy the experience. This last time was a fantastic nature experience: barn swallow on the deck, deer lying just outside the windows, flocks of pelicans almost close enough to touch, brush rabbits on the lawn, a pod of whales in the cove. This is a great place to be!
The home is situated on a point with spectacular views up and down the coast. We loved everything about our stay and will be back for sure.
it was a beautiful location, truly.We took our lunches by the hot tub,walked to the beach(very picturesque), and with private access it is very convinoent,or you can drive there, all in all very good. We loved it.
My family has been coming to Irish Beach for more than 30 years. The Nebenzahl location is one of the best in the Irish Beach setting. The view of the ocean and the Point Arena Lighthouse is superb. The close up interaction of wildlife is fantastic. Deer, many species of birds, rabbits, even the moles which occasionally poke their heads up are easily viewed from this location. From time to time we have spotted seals and whales from this vantage point. Sitting on the deck enjoying a glass of wine and the beautiful sunsets has to be one of life’s greatest enjoyments.

Hi, I had an extraordinary time all by myself for my stay. I have always loved this house and have stayed in it many times. I felt really safe there (being by myself) All the upgrading over the years are just icing on the cake. I loved the jacuzzi, such a nice size to completely relax and be comfortable at the same time. thank you for my amazing time there at Irish Beach. Been coming to Irish Beach since 1980. Wow!
Our only complaint was that only 2 out of the 4 burners worked on the stove top and there were no functioning electrical outlets in either bathroom.

From the second we walked through the doorway, we knew we had picked a special place for our first family vacation. From the deer out front to the hawks in the tree, not to mention the private beach access, it was a truly memorable visit. One we will never forget. In fact, we have designated Irish Beach our yearly get away!
We enjoyed out stay. Very comfortable, loved sitting in the window seat watching the ocean. The 5-7 minute walk down the road to the ocean was no problem, but be aware there is not a path straight down from the backyard. You can drive or just walk the road a couple houses down. All in all, we highly recommend the place.
We rent beach houses yearly and have checked out Oregon, Texas, North Carolina Outer Banks, Hawaii, Greece, Mexican Riviera and Florida Keys and this is our very favorite. It was hard to leave and we would come back forever if we could. Thank you.

The views are amazing from this home. It had all the amenities 2-4 guests could ask for in a vacation home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
My family has been enjoying Irish Beach vacations since the late seventies. For the last 5 years we have selected Nebenzahl as our favorite. The view is spectacular, the amenities magnificent. We look forward to time spent here every year.
Window treatments were missing in some locations or not operating properly, had ants in kitchen at sink area. Otherwise had a wonderful time, fantastic location, loved the window seats/view. Will definately return
Nebenzahl was everything we hoped for. Our little of family of 3 had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Our time at the house was spent curled up on the window seat reading and admiring the view or in the HOT TUB. We would be hard pressed to envision a more perfect setting. 2 areas of suggested upgrades: only 2 burners on the stove worked and made cooking slightly challenging and the bedrooms could use some curtains/better blinds, as the sun rises early and so will you. All in all a great stay in a beautiful place.
The Neb house, we called it, is loated atop a beautiful bluff as close as you can get to the Pacific at that location. The piture window is a spectacular place to just relax and watch the ocean, although we were vigilant,no whales were spotted. The short walk to the beach is a great way to start your day, especially on the return. You can walk along the beach for six miles or just explore the tide pools. The house itself is an older comfortable model with all the amenities you would need for a great get away. The VCR is not working as we found out after renting movies, but we quikly got over it while enjoying the hot tub which is perched over the oean, what a view! The master bedroom is very nice as is the master bath. The guest bath has lighting issues, but again, we were not there to hang in the bathroom. All in all the house is a great value and we enjoyed every minute of our vacation at the Neb house!
The view from Nebanzahl was beautiful - the restaurant at Elk Cove Inn (one of the restaurants recommended by the property manager)was beyond wonderful not only the food but the view and the staff...made for a perfect memory. Everything was lovely and I could not have asked for more.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Nebenzahl. SUCH a fantastic vantage point! Our only complaints would be toward the deck furniture and kitchen ware. Otherwise, this cabin offers so many virtues...If you are not to fussy, and like some privacy, this place rocks!

us. My son has deserted us for the east coast, but every summer he brings his family "home" and we book a stay at Irish Beach. We have even struck up an ongoing conversation with fellow writers in the guest house log, supporting our claim to returning guests and an ongoing enchantment with the Mendocino coast. My only caveat is a selfish one. i.e.: If too many people read of the beauty, ambiance and serenity of Irish Beach, well, it may become more difficult for me to make my next reservations!
We loved the whole general area. The hot tub overlooking the ocean was the sweetest!!! And of course yoga on the beach in morning couldn't be beat.

Great View! I wish I could buy the place! It is perfect for a group of friends or just the 2 of you for a romantic getaway! The hot tub is only a few steps away overlooking the ocean! The fireplace is well stocked & very cozy! The master bedroom has a tub for 2 & back door to the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed ( except the food & wine :) the large deck was perfect for brunch. We had a few deer visitors as well. Most places like this are way over priced! The accomodations, the view, & the price are perfect!
