I had the most wonderful experience at this property. The livingroom is large and comfortable, with a great view of the ocean. The hottub was wonderful morning and night. I look forward to returning again.
We rent at Irish Beach all the time and loved the Sea B's property. I was concerned about enough heat but the wood stove made up for that. i love the place - ever since a friend of mine recommended it. The only bad news - my dog had 5 ticks on him -not sure if this is from walking on the property or if we caught them elsewhere
Hi Marcia, I'm so glad that you had a great vaca in Sea B's. Unfortunately, it is tick country. My poor Westie, Emmett, gets them alot around here.

The house was great. There was an issue with the plumbing right as we checked in, but the management company fixed the issue first thing the next morning. I would recommend this spot to a friend. Great for larger groups.

This was the perfect home for a family and pets get together. We had a perfect time! My grown children cooked while I played with grandchildren and the dog. A great time was had by all. Drinking a glass of wine under the stars on the deck was fabulous! Then sleeping to the rythmic crash of the ocean waves was the best sleep ever! Morning brought coffee and a run on the beach with the dog. My Newf loves the water and took full advantage. A wonderful week away from all the heat and chaos. Perfect! Will be back next year or sooner for sure!
Lovely place, nice house. House advertised for $240/ night. By the time you added on hot tub fees, cleaning, etc the bill which should have been $480 for 2 nights was jacked up to $720, thats an extra $240,which is too high for hidden costs, I've been coming to Irish Beach for 24 years, probably won't be back
We absolutely loved staying at Sea B's! It was the best place we have ever stayed on the coast! The beds and the furniture were very comfortable! The views were spectacular! We loved watching the deer, the baby quail, the bunnies and especially all the whales...they put on quite a show for us! We will definitely be back! :D
Delightful home in perfect location. The only thing missing was a table/chairs on that amazing deck to enjoy the view all the more during mealtimes.
There were exactly eight large towels. We had eight people and could have used more towels between the hot tub and showers.

Loved the view - couldn't have been more exceptional. House was very comfortable but could use a few upgrades. Some of the rooms (back bedroom) was a little musty and smelled damp but I guess that is to be expected in that part of CA. Could not use the hot tub - the water was cloudy and smelled like chlorine. Wonderful place for a family gathering - we had our entire family there and it did not seem crowded. Saw whales from the deck - that was awesome!!!!! What a trip to the beach - road was a great adventure. Beautiful sunsets - loved, loved, loved the view and would come again.
Enjoyed the week at Sea B's. Wonderful family time for us to connect, be close to the beach, and able to stretch out in the house and relax! Great place to get away!!
As this was the second time in the Sea B house we were glad the hot tub worked and our stay was just as enjoyable as the first. Our family seems to want this as a tradition. The weather was the only thing that was the drawback but the view during a storm was wonderful.
The only thing that we fell short on was firestarters and the wood wasn't to dry. Other than that it was a wild and rainy weekend. A very cozy home. Love what they have done to it, new paint and all.

It was a great experience. The view was awesome and I love the fact of the garage and drive way as I was able to BBQ and not be on a deck like other houses I have rented before. I will be renting this place again. To say the least it was perfect for the situation.
This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this house this year and we love it! It's nothing fancy, but has a large living room with plenty of space for everyone, and beautiful views from the multiple windows. The house had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to extra bedding and the hot tub was great. We will stay here again and definately reccomend it to others.
Our stay was great. However, being in public safety for a career, we suggest installing smoke detectors in all bedrooms and a CO detector in the house, especially with the wood stove fireplace. We loved the views and enjoyed the hot tub, and had an overall great time. We will definitely return!

Our overall visit was a great time, it would help if the address was more prominant as other renters kept knocking on the door looking for their rental. Also the water heater needed to be turned up as the last 2 people had to wait to take showers each morning. This was a great place to stay, very pet freindly and everything needed for an extended weekend except the food!
Even though we had a few problems while we were there, the Irish Beach staff and the owners were very helpful. We will definatly come back and stay at this house next year. Two night's free during the winter is a real draw. My friends had never been there before and they loved it !!
It's advertised as a "dog friendly" property, but watch out for skunks. We had a dog skunked just by going out the front door. Yuk.

We love Sea B's. The location is perfect. Some of the furnishings could be updated, but overal the house is quite comfortable and homey. The staff at Irish beach retals is always very nice and helpful.
this was our 34th year. We come every year on this same weekend. it's full of traditions and fun that we all look forward to all year long until we get to return on our anual weekend.

We were welcomed by three deer and entertained by adorable cotton tail bunnies. Our family of 5 adults and 3 children were able to move around in this spacious home. The hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean was so relaxing. We would return here in a minute! Thank you Irish Beach Rentals!
Porch light needed replacement. Garage door opener didn't work. Would have been nice to park cars inside since there was an "overflow."
Only issue was that the hot tub was not working right on arrival and we had to wait until Saturday to use. But management came out quickly to fix. Would stay again.
Outstanding View. Beautiful Area
Drive to Irish Beach from Bay area is long and windy. The place is simply great. Its nice to watch and hear sea from the deck. Kids still remember the place and want to go back.
