A wonderfully relaxing few days, look forward to returning soon. The property is clean, well furnished and comfortable. Also loved the private access to Irish beach.
Sunset is a great property for our needs, we rent several units with 15=20 people each year, this property was a perfect Party Central with the large Kitchen and open living area, multiple TVs and the rooftop spa were a plus.
We loved the house and the location. It was next to the highway, but noise was not a problem. We loved the hot tub on the roof which provided a great view of the beach. We would recommend the Sunset Beach house and Irish Beach Rental Agency to anyone considering staying on the coast.

We have been going to Irish Beach for almost six years. It has been the ultimate family retreat. We come home completely rested and refreshed. We used to spend our time at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA until we found this piece of treasure. The time spent there has given me a family bond that is beyond description. If I were to say, "Let's go tomorrow", the car would be packed and running when I arrived home from work, NOT KIDDING! We have rented most of the homes there!
One of the nicest houses up there. Manager was more then helpful, we had a wonderful time and are planning on coming back yearly.
this was a perfect get away! Walking in to the house and seeing the sign "relax" was fantastic and we did just that. Will definitely come back.
The place was very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. There were a few kinks to be worked out with the hot tub, but the place is new, so that will happen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
This house is absolutely perfect. Beatuiful furnishings, comfortable beds, gorgeous views, every amenity you could think of. We were there on Thanksgiving and the rental office noticed that the oven is a little on the small side, so they actually sent someone to Fort Bragg to buy an electric turkey roaster, just to make sure we had everything we needed. A perfect experience!
we truly enjoyed our stay and will look to book again. I would highly recommend this area and this home to anyone who desires a quite escape. Great location, close to beach with awesome views
